The operators of asialy.com (“Asialy”, “the Website”) are not the primary producers of any visual content appearing on this Platform. Asialy is a user-generated content (UGC) platform, meaning that all photos, videos, and other visual materials are uploaded directly by independent Creators, not by Asialy or its operators.

This Compliance Statement is published in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2257, 18 U.S.C. §2257A, and related regulations.

1. Asialy Is Not the Producer of User-Uploaded Content

Under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and relevant case law, Asialy is defined as a secondary producer, not a primary producer.
Asialy:

Does not create, shoot, or participate in the production of any visual content
Does not hire performers
Does not manage studios
Does not control or direct the creation of any content uploaded by users

All content is uploaded independently by Creators who use the Platform.

2. Age Verification Requirements for Creators

Creators who upload content to Asialy are solely responsible for ensuring that:

All individuals appearing in any sexually explicit content are 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created
The Creator has obtained and maintains appropriate age-verification documentation (“2257 Records”)
The Creator complies with all record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A
The Creator does not upload any content involving minors, real or simulated

Uploading content involving minors will result in:

Immediate account termination
Removal of all content
Reporting to proper authorities

3. Asialy’s Responsibilities

Asialy complies with §2257 to the extent applicable to secondary producers.
Asialy:

Requires Creators to verify their age during onboarding
Requires Creators to certify that all individuals in their content are 18+
Responds promptly to reports regarding underage content
May request additional documentation if necessary
Removes content reported or suspected to be in violation
Terminates users who violate 2257 obligations

4. Reporting Suspected Underage Content

If you believe that any content on Asialy involves minors, please report it immediately to:

Misrepresentation by Creators
Any violation of 2257 obligations

Violations may result in:

Immediate removal of content
Permanent account termination
Frozen payouts
Reporting to law enforcement
Legal action as necessary
