1. Getting Started

Creating an Account

To join Asialy, you must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Provide a valid email address

• Agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Accounts can be created for free.

2. For Fans (Subscribers)

How do I subscribe to a Creator?

Visit the Creator’s profile and select the subscription option.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, CCBill, or another available payment method depending on your region.

What payment methods are accepted?

• Debit / Credit cards via Stripe

• Debit / Credit cards via CCBill

• Other third-party payment processors as available

Asialy does not store your full card information.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Go to:
Profile → Subscriptions → Active Subscriptions
and select Cancel.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

Are payments refundable?

No. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

3. For Creators

How do I become a Creator?

You must complete:

• Age verification (18+)

• Identity verification (photo ID + selfie)

• Payment / payout setup

How do I earn money?

Creators can earn through:

• Monthly subscriptions

• Pay-per-view content

• Private messages

• Tips

When will I receive my payouts?

Payout schedules depend on:

• The payment processor (Stripe / CCBill)

• Verification status

• Compliance and security review

Creators must provide accurate tax and identity information.

What content is allowed?

Creators may upload adult or non-adult content, but all content must follow Platform Rules, including:

• 18+ age requirement

• No minors (real or simulated)

• No illegal content

• No copyrighted material without rights

• No doxxing or harassment

Violations may result in removal or account termination.

5. Technical Support

I can’t log in

Video or image won’t load

Check:

• Internet connection

• Browser version

• Disable ad blockers or VPNs that may interfere

I didn’t get an email verification

Check your spam folder or request another verification email.
